In order to best support our clients, our team and ourselves, we need to ensure we are operating at our best. 

Sadly way too many property professionals are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed and don't get the support they need to manage their time, energy, mindset, or are provided with adequate training for skills around communication, negotiation and relationship building that could make their jobs and lives easier. 

Some of the most valuable training and education I've had has been personal development, and the interesting thing is the more I have grown as a person, the better I have become at my profession.

 

And I completely believe that a more wholistic approach to training and coaching is the key to supporting the industry, minimising staff turnover and contributes to easy business growth. Happy people create happy clients. 

We offer a range of training and coaching options for individuals and teams in the property management industry. Whilst we can do regular property management training and rent roll growth training, our passion lies in training and coaching on topics like personal development, leadership, growth, communication, self awareness, achieving goals and more - all designed to help individuals and businesses to become their best selves.

This session is designed to showcase the challenges we face in managing our stress and mindset and learn how to become more resilient and better manage increasing stress. By the end of this session the learners will:

  • Identify the key stressors in their lives

  • Discuss strategies to improve stress management

  • Apply learnings into their lives to become more resilient

This session is designed to highlight the changing expectations of our clients and how we can continually adapt to meet their needs to ensure we not only keep up with the changes, but stay one step ahead of the competition. By the end of this session the learners will:

This session is designed to support property managers to get in control of their time management and organisation to be more productive and efficient - and FEEL calmer and clearer. By the end of this session the learners will:

This session is designed to take time out to reflect on either business or personal progress (or both) and reflect on progress, whats worked and what hasn't. Then we will move into planning and goal setting tools to create real change in business or in life. By the end of this session the learners will:
