How often do we stop and check in with ourselves where we are at?
At a recent workshop I conducted one of the team members said they really loved breaking down how happy you are in all areas of your life on a scale of 1-10.
Create some time and space for yourself to ask yourself. How happy am in the following areas (or any other areas that are important to you):
Work/Career
Relationships
Love/Romance
Health/Wellbeing
Fun/Recreation
Learning/Growth
Mindset/Spiritual
Once you've given yourself a rating take a moment to note down WHY you've given yourself that rating, which is the one area you wish to focus on improving, and then what is one thing you could do in that area to shift it it closer to a 10. The aim is not to be perfect but to practice progress.
You can do this for all areas if you want to! But practicing just focusing on one thing should allow you to see success faster than trying to spread yourself too thin. And more success and progress will inspire more growth in other areas.
