Sidekick was born from a desire to support Property Managers, to make their lives easier, to find the smarter ways of doing things, to help them feel a little less alone and to alleviate the stress and overwhelm that the job can bring. 


Hermione Gardner, director of Sidekick spent many years managing properties and throughout her career, she was always was looking for ways to streamline and simplify the process.


Since becoming a trainer and coach to the industry she saw the struggles other property managers faced and so Sidekick was created to house short courses, resources and tools that can help Property Managers grow and thrive. So that there was always someone by their side.

Why Sidekick?

In stories and movies, a sidekick's primary role is to aid the main protagonist as they work to achieve a goal, overcome a challenge, or undergo necessary internal development. (Or perhaps all three!) 

And that's exactly what is what we're here for!


Our favourite super heroes, our inspiring athletes and all of the worlds most wealthy and successful people usually have a sidekick, a mentor, a coach in their corner, motivating and supporting them, challenging them, keeping them accountable and on the path to being their best selves. 

And Sidekick has been designed to support you to shine through your work in property management, but also in life!
